The Hurricane Network is issuing advisories on newly formed Tropical
Storm Milton. located over the southwestern Gulf of Mexico.
1. A tropical wave is forecast to emerge off the coast of Africa
early next week. Environmental conditions are slightly favorable for
gradual development of this system as it moves west-northwestward
off the coast of Africa. Interests in the Cabo Verde Islands should
monitor this disturbance.
