1. An area of low pressure located in the tropical Atlantic between
the Lesser Antilles and Cabo Verde Islands has little change in
organization this afternoon. Environmental conditions remain
unfavorable due to dry air and strong upper-level winds, these
conditions are forecast to be favorable by the end of this week and
a tropical depression could form by the end of this week.
* Chance of tropical development in 48 hours, low, 30 percent.
* Chance of tropical development in 7 days, moderate, 60 percent.
2. An area of low pressure is forecast to form over the western
Caribbean Sea by the middle of this week. Environmental conditions
is expected to favorable for gradual development of this low as the
system moves towards Nicaragua by the end of this week.

* Chance of tropical development in 7 days, low, 30 percent.
