For the Northern Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of America:
1. A vigorous non-tropical area of low pressure located over a
thousand miles northeast of Puerto Rico is producing disorganized
thunderstorms. The system is moving through an area that is
marginally conducive for subtropical development as upper-level
winds will increase this evening and then tropical development will
no longer be possible. The next scheduled Special Tropical Cyclone
Outlook on this system will be issued tomorrow by 2 PM EDT.
